1 medium onion, Minced
1 pound hamburger
3 – 8 oz cans tomato sauce
1 cup burgundy wine
¼ tsp of oregano, rosemary, marjoram, basil, garlic powder or garlic salt, pepper
¼ pound of spaghetti
1 cup grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
• Mix the tomato sauce, wine and spices in a sauce pan- simmer for 15 minutes.
• Brown burger and onion in a skillet. Drain any excess grease.
• Mix the burger and onion into the sauce; cover and simmer the sauce on low for one hour
• Cook the spaghetti, set aside
• Once the sauce is done, pour into a casserole dish, add the spaghetti noodles and stir together.
• Top with cheese (use parmesan, cheddar, mozzarella…whatever you have on hand.)
• Bake at 325 degrees until heating through and cheese has melted

• Casserole is freezer friendly and always a hit for any type of get together
• If doubling the recipe, do not double the wine- use 1 ¼ C or to taste.
