19 ounce can of artichoke hearts
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp butter
½ cup Parmesan cheese
5 cups mozzarella cheese
two cloves of garlic chopped
Triscuits Melba toast or French loaf

Directions:
Directions:
1. Drain, rinse and chop artichoke hearts.

2. In a casserole dish add ½ a cup Parmesan cheese, 5 cups mozzarella cheese and two cloves of garlic chopped. Mix in artichoke hearts with mayonnaise and cheese .
Add 2 tablespoons of butter.

3. Bake at 350º for 15 mins.

4. Serve with Triscuits, Melba toast or French loaf.
