2 1/2 C. sugar
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 pint table cream (evaporated milk or half & half)
1/2 gal. whole milk
2 tsp. vanilla
a little salt

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into to ice cream maker container. Churn until thicken like ice cream.
