Dough:
1 cup milk
1/4 butter, softened
1 egg
4 cups flour
1/4 instant vanilla pudding mix
1 Tbls sugar
1 Tbls salt
1 Tbls active dry yeast
Filling:
1/4 cup softened butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Frosting:
4 ounces softened cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 9 ingredients. Turn dough onto a floured surface and let rise for 30 minutes. Roll into a 17 x 10 inch rectangle. Spread the filling on it, roll up like a jelly roll. Cut into 21 slices. Grease two 9 x 13 pans and place slices in pans. Let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes. Bake at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes, then frost while still warm.
