1 package yellow cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, chopped & undrained
3/4 cup oil
3 eggs

Frosting:
1 large container Cool Whip
1 package instant vanilla pudding
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, oranges, oil and eggs together. Pour batter into a 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool.

Mix all frosting ingredients and spread over cooled cake.
