1 1/4 cup flour 1/4 cup cornstarch 1/2 cup powdered sugar 3/4 cup plus 2 Tbls butter
Combine first 3 ingredients. Add butter and mix well with a pastry blender until it looks like coarse crumbs. Shape dough into balls and flatten with a fork on the cookie sheet. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325º for 10 to 14 minutes.
