4 Tbsp. olive oil
4 Tbsp. butter
6 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
2 1/2 lbs. frsh medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/3 C frsh lemon juice (divided)
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
Dash of hot peeper sauce or to taste
1/3 C minced fresh Italian parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. In a 13x9 inch glass baking dish, add oil, butter and garlic. Place in oven until butter is melted and garlic is slightly browned, about 4-5 minutes. Add shrimp, 3 Tbsp. of lemon juice, salt and hot pepper sauce. Toss to coat. Bake until shrimp is just cooked through, about 5-7 minutes, stirring once after 3 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley and remaining lemon juice. Toss well. Serve over angel hair pasta.
