6-8 Yukon gold potatoes peeled; if large cut in half but keep small ones whole.

Cream Sauce:
1 T. ArgoŽ Corn Starch
1 C. milk
2 T. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain potatoes and return to pan.
Make cream sauce:
Combine corn starch and milk in a saucepan; stir until smooth. Add butter, salt and pepper.
Stirring constantly, bring to a boil; boil for 1 minute. Reduce heat and stir constantly until sauce has thickened. Remove from heat.
Pour over potatoes.
