1 cup margerine
1 cup butter flavored oil
1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs - well beaten
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cream of tarter
4 cups & 4t flour
Directions:

Cream butter and sugar - add other ingredients and mix.
Chill dough overnight
Roll into a ball and cover with sugar - then flatten with a glass

Bake 350º till lightly brown
