2 cups flour
¾ cup sugar
½ cup dried breadcrumbs
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp cloves
¼ tsp nutmeg
1¼ cup raisins
1 cup candid cherries
1 cup cut fruit
1 cup chopped nuts
2 eggs
½ cup orange juice
½ cup apple juice
¼ cup brandy
1 cup grated carrots

Add Later
½ cup molasses
½ tsp baking soda

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients first then mix wet ingredients.

Microwave: For traditional pudding mold shape lightly grease a 4 cup (1 litre) microwave safe dish. Fill with 2⅔ cups (650ml) pudding batter and cover tightly with a sheet of pleated saran wrap and microwave on high for 8-10 minutes. Let cool covered 10 minutes. Run a blunt knife around edge and insert onto serving plate.

Note: When done pudding surface will look dry but sides have not pulled away from pan.
