Directions:
For this bread machine recipe, use the dough mode. Place water and honey in a glass measuring cup, and heat in the microwave for 35 seconds. Place mixture in bread machine pan. Add in flour, oatmeal, dry milk powder, and salt. Make a small indent in the flour mixture and add the yeast. Taking the cubed butter, place one cube in each corner of the bread machine pan. Close the lid, and start the machine on the dough cycle. When cycle has finished, remove the dough from the machine, and place in a greased glass loaf pan. Let rise while the oven preheats to 350. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until loaf sounds hollow when tapped. Remove from loaf pan, and spread 1 tbsp butter over the top of the loaf to soften it. Let cool for at least an hour before cutting.
