2 lbs. regular Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage, 1 lbs. Spicy and 1 lbs. regular
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
16 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced onion
2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. minced garlic

To the bowl of a stand mixer, add all the ingredients, reserving some parsley for a garnish.
Using two spoons or an ice cream scoop, create 1-inch balls with the mixture and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes, then remove from oven. Sprinkle on parsley and serve
