2 c. brown sugar
½ c. butter
½ c. Crisco
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda dissolved in ½ c. hot water
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Drop by tsp. on a cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes at 375º. When cool, spread thin icing on top.
