1 1/2 tsp vinegar
1/2 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp lemon peel
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Drop into an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 12 to 14 minutes. When cool, glaze with a mixture of 3/4 cup powdered sugar and 1/4 cup lemon juice.
