5-7 Pounds of potatoes
3/4 pound bacon
8 boiled eggs
1 green pepper
3/4 cup Onion
Celery (optional)

Dressing:
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 heaping teaspoon salt
Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes (can leave skins on), peel and cup up

Make a double batch of dressing

Fry bacon reserving 1/3 cup fat in pan
Add onion and fry til yellow.

Add vinegar, salt, sugar and water
Thicken with flour and water
