Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
In mixing bowl stir
1 1/2 C. boiling water
1 C. rolled oats
1/3 C shortening
1/2 C. molasses
1 T salt
Allow to cool
Combine 2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 C water
Once dissolved, stir into oat mix
Add:
2 eggs
5 1/2 C flour
Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Cover 15 minutes then place in 2 loaf pans. Rise until double.
Bake 350* for 1 hour
