Cream together:
1 cup margarine
1 cup Wesson oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

2 eggs
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
5 cups flour

Directions:

Mix thoroughly, make into balls, press, and top with sugar. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
