CHICKEN BROTH - 6 CUPS

PUT OIL IN A FRYING PAN, SAUTÉ 3 GARLIC CLOVES, THEN ADD RICE, STIR STIR, UNTIL A LITTLE CRISPY,ADD CHICKEN BROTH A CUP AT A TIME OR A LADDLE, STIR UNTIL THE BROTH SOAKES INTO RICE. REPETE UNTIL THE RICE BECOMES CREAMY, THIS CAN TAKE UP TO 30 MINUTES, DON’T LET IT GET TOO DRY. THEY KEY IS TO STIR CONTINUOUSLY.
MY GRANDMA WOULD ADD A TABLESPOON OF TOMATO PASTE FOR COLOR.
ADD LOTS OF GRATED CHEESE!
SERVE WITH CRUSTY BREAD AND SALAD.
