1 cup Karo dark corn syrup
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups pecans
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Stir the first five ingredients thoroughly with a spoon. Mix in pecans.
Bake on center rack in oven for 60-70 minutes.
Pie is done when center springs back when touched.
Cool for 2 hours. Store in fridge. Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
