1½ cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup butter/margarine
¾ cup packed brown sugar
¾ cup white sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2½ cups rolled oats
1½ cups raisins
1½ cups chocolate chips

Directions:

  • Mix dry ingredients and set aside.

  • Cream butter and sugars.

  • Add eggs and vanilla, and mix well.

  • Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

  • Add oats, raisins and chocolate chips.

  • Again, mix until just combined.




Drop by the spoonful, or roll into balls and place on your baking sheet.
Bake at 375ºF for 10-12 minutes, or at 330ºF for 8-10 minutes in a convection oven.

My favourite cookies! This recipe makes a lot of cookies. I usually roll the dough into about 15-20 gram balls and freeze them. This way, i can have fresh, warm cookies whenever i want them.
