2 ½ c. sugar
½ c. corn syrup
½ c. water
2 egg whites stiffly beaten
Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, syrup and water until it will spin a thread about 6 inches long. Pour ½ of the syrup into the stiffly beaten egg whites, beating all the time with mixer as you pour. Cook remaining syrup until it will harden in cold water. Then pour into egg white mixture slowly while beating. Beat until creamy. When it holds it's shape drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
