Sift together and set aside:
3 Cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar, adding gradually

Stir into creamed mixture:
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla (mix well)

2 lbs. powdered sugar
2/3 cup milk
3/4 cup Crisco
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon butter flavoring
1 teaspoon almond flavoring.

Blend in dry ingredients gradually. Chill for easy handling. Roll out on floured surface and cut into shapes with cookie cutters. Place on ungreased baking sheets 5 8 minutes at 375 degrees.

Beat icing ingredients 5 minutes. Spread over cooled cookies and serve.
