powder sugar
melted butter
lemon Jell-O
evaporated milk
cream cheese

crush graham crackers to make 3 cups, mix in 1 tbsp powder sugar and 1/4 cup melted butter. save 1/2 cup for top
press into a 9x13 pan
Dissolve 1 package lemon Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water, put in fridge until syrupy, in mixing bowl beat 1 can evaporated milk until fluffy , in separate bowl whip well 1 8oz package of softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar , 5 tbsp lemon juice, add thickened lemon Jell-O and evaporated milk, mix well, pour on top of crust and chill
