cups fresh corn
onion
Celery
Green Pepper
Pimentos
sugar
white vinegar
salt
celery seed
Mustard seed
ginger
Turmeric
flour

boil together:
6 cups corn
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 4 oz can of pimentos drained and diced
1-2 cups sugar( Grandma Johnson used 2 cups)
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp celery seed
1 tbsp mustard seed
1/2 tsp ginger
2 1/2 cups vinegar
Boil above ingredients for 5 minutes
mix together 1 1/2 tbsp dry mustard, 1 tsp turmeric with 1/2 vinegar blend well , add to corn mixture.
put into hot clean 8 oz jars, put on hot seal and ring.
