½ cup of sweet paprika
1 tsp of cayenne pepper
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of pepper
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of onion powder
⅓ cup of olive oil
2 heads of garlic (roasted)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wrap the 2 heads of garlic in tin foil with a little olive oil and place in the oven for 1 hour at º350.

2. Once the garlic is cool enough to handle, squeeze the garlic out into a small mixing bowl and add-in the dry ingredients and mix well together forming a paste, add in your olive oil until a good consistency to lather your turkey. Voila!! You are ready to rub your meat.
