3 slices day-old bread, cubed
1/2 cup raisins
2 cups skim or 2% milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and pour into 1 ½ qt baking dish. Place baking dish In shallow pan with about 1 inch of hot water. Bake in 350 degree oven about 45 to 55 minutes, until knife inserted into pudding comes out clean.
