3 1/3 c flour
2 tbsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. cinnamon
3 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
1 1/2 c. pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all dry ingredients. Add liquid ingredients slowly and mix well. Grease (3) loaf pans or (3) coffee cans. Pour evenly, but don't fill pan or can. Bake @ 350 for 1 hour.
