1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1egg
1cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup chopped nutmeats

Directions:

Blend these together, then stir in 3 apples pared and diced (I always grate the apples). Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees F. Best size pan to use: 7x11” . Serve with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
