1 #24 oz. box Orida shredded hash brown patties
(bulk will be okay, but they don't taste the same)
1 can of cream of celery soup
½ of an 8 oz. sour cream
¼ cup chopped green onion (2 to 3 onions)
salt to taste
4 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together saving 2 cups cheddar cheese for later.
Spread mixture evenly in a 9" X 13" casserole dish.
Cover with foil. Bake for 40 mins at 350ºF.
Remove the foil and cover with the remaining cheddar cheese and continue baking for 20 more minutes. to brown. Enjoy.
