1 c butter ½ tsp baking powder
¾ c sugar ⅛ tsp salt
1 egg (or 3 yolks) 1 tsp vanilla extract
2 ½ c flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add unbeaten egg and extract. Then add dry mixture.
Bake at 375º for 5 to 7 minutes.
