1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chip
1 cup macadamia nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar for at least 4 minutes, or until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla
Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
Stir in white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
Drop on a lined baking sheet, and bake for 9-11 minutes or until edges become light and golden brown. Let sit on baking sheet for 5 minute, then transfer to cooling rack
