Ingredients:  
1 c. butter or margarine (soft)
2 eggs
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar

2 c. oatmeal
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt

1 c. coconut or raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Mix first 4 ingredients together until smooth
Mix together dry ingredients and stir together
Add either coconut or raisins
Shape into 1" balls ,and place on cookie sheet
Flatten with fork or palm of your hand

Bake 8-10 minutes
