Mix together:
2 quarts warm water
2 Tbsp salt
½ cup oil
Add 4 cups white flour

Mix in Back Komm (large covered Mennonite kneading dish)
Then dissolve
2 Tbsp yeast
2 tsp sugar in ½ cup warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Once doubled in size then add to the dough
Then add another 4 cups flour and knead
Then knead in enough flour adding 1 cup at a time to make a moderately stiff dough that is smooth and elastic (approx 20 minutes).
Bake 400ºF for 40 minutes...just a reminder that 6 loaves might only fit in oven :)
Makes 12 loaves
