4 large potatoes
2/3 cup butter
2/3 cup flour
6 cups milk
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 green onions chopped
12 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
1 1/4 cup shredded cheese
1 container (8 oz) sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
boil peeled potatoes and drain. Melt butter over low heat and add flour. Stir until smooth. cook 1 minute stirring constantly. gradually add in milk. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly. Add in potates, salt, pepper, onions, bacon and cheese. cook until heated through then stir in the sour cream. You can add in more milk if you want soup less thick
