1 tsp baking soda
1 Tbs water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 3/4 cup flour
2-3 ripe bananas mashed
1/4 cup sour cream
1/8 tsp wheat germ
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
dissolve baking soda in water. mix remaining ingredients in large bowl starting with dry then add rest. add in in the soda water mix. combine until smooth. Pour into greased and floured cup cake pan or lined with paper liners abt 3/4 full. bake for 20 minutes or until done.
