3 egg whites (let stand to room temperature)
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp. corn starch
dash of salt
1/3 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, corn starch and salt. Add water and bring to boil. Boil until mixture is clear (doesn't take long). Remove from heat and let cool.

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add above mixture beating until stiff.

Spoon onto pie.

Bake at 350º until desired brownness (about 10-15 minutes)
