3 sticks of margarine
¾ cups sugar
3 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
5 ½ cups flour
2 ½ tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350°
2. Cream room temperature margarine with sugar and add eggs. Cream well together. Add vanilla and baking powder.
3. Add flour slowly until all creamed ingredients are absorbed into flour. Mix well.
4. When dough is thoroughly mixed, flour hand lightly and knead dough for 4-5 minutes. Make large balls of dough (about the size of a grapefruit).
5. Add the dough to a bowl and refrigerate dough for about 20 minutes.
6. Take the dough out and take about 2 tablespoons of dough and roll it out in the shape of an "S". Add to a cookie sheet tray lined with parchment paper about 2" apart from each other. Do this until all dough is used.
7. Bake the cookies at 350° for about 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
8. Let cookies cool completely and ENJOY!
