1 cup cider vinegar
1 stick margarine
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp celery salt or onion salt
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp red pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 lemon
2 TBSP sugar-later
1 small onion chopped
Mix all ingredients except for lemon and sugar
Squeeze lemon juice into mixture and add chopped onion
Bring to boil then turn down to simmer. Cover and Let simmer for 25 minutes
Add sugar and let simmer 5 minutes. Brush chicken as it is grilling or use as dipping sauce.
