1 Stick Margarine
1½ cup quick oats
¾ cup sugar
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1 stick margarine and pour over 1½ cups quick oats. Mix with fork and let stand.

Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to oatmeal mixture.

Beat with fork- 1 tsp vanilla and 1 egg and add to mixture

Add cup chopped pecans and refrigerate at least ½ hour.

Bake on foil 8-10 minutes at 350º.

Cool thoroughly and peel off foil.

HINT: Make sure foil is very smooth. Only use a small amount of dough, it spreads out a lot.

If you want to use your pan before the cookies are fully cooled for the next batch of cookies. Take the foil off with the cookies still on it and let it sit on your counter and then use new foil on your pans.
