2 lbs. 85%- 93% Lean Hamburger
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
1 egg (slightly beaten)
1 tbs. dried parsley
1/2 tsp minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degree's
Bake meatballs for 20 minutes
Remove from oven and place on paper towel to catch the grease.
If eating that day add to Grandma's spaghetti sauce while sauce is simmering.
Can also freeze some in a zip lock bag for the next time
Serve over noodles
