3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp of Cinnamon
4 eggs
4 jars of junior baby food
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together until smooth with electric beater.
Grease Bundt pan with Crisco and then cover with flour. Cover all surfaces in the pan with both.
Bake for 40 minutes and then test with a tooth pick or knife. Poke cake with tooth pick or knife and if they come out with batter on them it is not done yet. Bake another 15 minutes and try again.
When done remove from oven and allow to cool. When cool place serving plate over the top of the cake and flip upside down. Cake should fall onto plate.

You can make a cream cheese frosting to go on the cake or serve it plan. Always
serve with a glass of milk. It causes a lump in your chest and you need the milk to get it down. Best carrot cake out there.
