4 dozen fresh mushrooms 3 tablespoon butter or margarine 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 cups ground ham, cooked 1/2 teaspoon salt
Clean and stem mushrooms. Sauté caps in 3 tablespoons butter or margarine. Mix other ingredients together and stuff caps. Refrigerate until time to serve. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Heat 10 minutes in 350 degree oven.
