Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Crust:
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup margarine
2 egg yolks
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups miniature marshmallows

Topping:
2/3 cup corn syrup
1 package peanut butter chips
2 cups rice crispies
1/4 cup margarine
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups salted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Crust Directions: Cut together the dry ingredients and the margarine. Add vanilla and egg yolks. Put into a sprayed 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Top with marshmallows and bake until puffy. Cool and top with topping.

Topping Directions: Heat the corn syrup, margarine, peanut butter chips and vanilla until chips are melted. Add rice crispies and peanuts. Poor over cooled crust layer. I like to just add the rice crispies and put the peanuts on top and press them down into the topping.

These are better if they are covered and set for a day or two.
