1 pkg Lemon Jello
1 pkg Lime Jello
1 lb Cottage Cheese
1 #2 can Crushed Pineapple
1 small can Evaporated Milk
2 cups Hot Water
Walnuts - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jellos in hot water. Drain pineapple. Add 1 cup of juice (add water to make 1 cup if necessary) to jello. Mix cottage cheese, pineapple, nuts if using and mix together. Add jellos to cheese mix. Chill until set.

As you will all remember, whenever you got sick, Grandma rushed over with her green salad and bran muffins to make sure you had nutritious food to make you feel better. Green salad also showed up at most picnics. Kim says that she always associates bran muffins with being sick when she sees them in grocery stores. Thankfully, not green salad, though.
