½ c. white vinegar
½ c. water
1 T. sugar
½ t. salt
a few grinds of pepper
2 large cucumbers
optional- ½ onion, thinly sliced
Directions:
Directions:
Pare and thinly slice cucs. Combine dressing ingredients in med glass bowl. Toss cucs/onions in dressing, toss gently. Refrigerate, stirring once, until serving time.
