1 package prepared Refrigerator Sugar Cookie dough
2 packages (8 oz.) cream cheese
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 or 3 Granny Smith apples
Cinnamon Caramel Syrup
Sprite or Fruit Fresh

Directions:
Press out cookie following instructions on package and bake on pizza pan (cookie will look puffy in center when done). Will be slightly browned around edges. Cool. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread on top of cookie. Cut and slice apples and dip in Sprite or Fruit Fresh. Place apples on top of spread. Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with caramel.
