Ingredients:  
1¼ c. sifted flour
⅛ tsp. salt
¼ c. butter
¼ c. vegetable shortening
2-3 T. cold water
Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, combine flour and salt. With pastry blender or 2 knives, cut in butter and shortening until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Sprinkle water over mixture while tossing to blend well. Press dough firmly into ball. On lightly floured surface, roll into 12 inch circle. Fit loosely into 9 inch pie plate. Trim and flute edge. Fill and bake according to recipe.
