7 c. milk
½ tsp. salt
6 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
5 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg, sugar and salt. Warm 4 cups of milk and pour over mixture. Return to boiler and cook about 3 minutes until mixture coats the spoon. Let cool. Pour into ice cream maker with 3 cups milk and sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. You can also add fresh fruit or other flavorings if desired.
