1 cup water
1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Food coloring. If desired

Mix together in pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. When mixture forms a ball, pour on waxed paper. Cool slightly; knead well. Store in an airtight container or Ziploc bag.
