1 egg, beaten
10 T. sugar (heaping)
1 T. flour
salt
pepper
2 tsp. yellow mustard
1 tsp. butter
⅔ c. vinegar
⅓ c. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first seven ingredients together in a small pan. Mix vinegar and water and add. Place over heat and stir until it comes to a boil and cooks. (Double this recipe and add 1/2 pt. of Miracle Whip Salad Dressing for potato salad). Keep refrigerated.
